    24/7 emergency callouts

    A Gas Safe Registered engineer will normally be with you within 24 hours. For any uncontrolled water leaks, we aim to arrive at your home within 2 hours. At all times you’ll have access to our claims team.

Our ability to provide excellent cover at a good price comes down to our excellent network of local engineers.

We have signed up over 5,000 fully qualified and highly trusted electricians, plumbers and Gas Safe registered engineers to be on hand 24 hours a day.

We only use independent operators, so you benefit from the ultimate in choice and flexibility. Our engineers are local, so they know your area, and they’ll get to know you and your boiler over the years.
