1. What is the CORGI HomePlan?
CORGI licensed the Gas Industry for almost 40 years and today we still provide the industry and consumers with invaluable services. We've used our Industry experience to collate a hand picked network of service engineers and bring you the CORGI HomePlan. It's only available to people who've upgraded to a high efficiency boiler in the last 7 years.

2. Why is the CORGI HomePlan so special?
Because you're getting THREE maintenance plans for the price of one. From £12.99 per month, (no boiler service) or £16.99 per month (with an annual boiler service) you'll receive full cover and unlimited call outs for your central heating, comparable to other heating cover on the market, only much cheaper. *

Then we'll give you cover on your home electrics and your home plumbing system with unlimited call outs as well, at no extra charge, giving you the ultimate total care package for your home. What's more, we are on hand for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

3. How much will I save?
Whether you take the £12.99 cover or include an annual boiler service for £16.99*, you could save up to £10 per month, or £100 per year. That's the equivalent of £2000 over the life span of your boiler. Look at our handy comparison chart.

4. Why do I need the CORGI HomePlan?
Repair costs for your heating system, electrics or plumbing can be very expensive. For example; a typical boiler repair £280, gas leak £150, water leak £98, new radiator £230, motorized valve £210, new pump £175, new consumer fuse board £550, lights not working £120, new double socket £90, typical plumbing repair £150, overflow repair £90 plus the hassle of finding suitable trades people to carry out your repairs, plus out of hours call out charges of up to £200 per visit!

5. What if I already have a maintenance plan elsewhere?
If you have a plan with another provider, you should be able to cancel if the policy is more than a year old, regardless of when you last renewed it. You will have to cancel any plan you may have, we cannot do this for you. We cannot extend our cover to drains, gas fires or white goods but remember all things considered, CORGI HomePlan is much cheaper (around £10 per month) than our competitors.

6. Why is the cost of the CORGI HomePlan so low?
Our plan is unique because you only qualify if you've upgraded to a newer boiler in the last 7 years, so we can give you far more cover for less. Why should your new boiler subsidise old inefficient boilers presently on cover elsewhere throughout the UK!

7. What are the response times of the CORGI HomePlan?
If you have a breakdown, our Gas Safe Registered engineer will normally arrive on the same day or within 24 hours. For gas and uncontrolled water leaks we will aim to arrive within 2 hours. We don't close for bank holidays etc - our customer service call centre is open 365 days a year and at all times you'll have a distress manager appointed to help you along the way.
